Calypso style pork ribs with Chef’s own honey and ginger sauce.

Salted cod mixed with sweetcorn, spring onion, chilli, garlic and coriander. Battered and fried, served with kuceleo.
VEGETABLE ROULADE (Vegan))
Cauliflower and turmeric pastry filled with a chickpea and pepper chutney.

ALL MAIN DISHES ARE SERVED WITH HOMEMADE COLESLAW AND YOUR CHOICE OF RICE ‘N’ PEAS, PLAIN RICE OR FRIES. (OR SWEET POTATO FRIES AT EXTRA CHARGE OR JERK SPICED FRIES)

 


JERK CHICKEN FILLET..  
Tender chargrilled chicken fillet marinated and cooked in spices, served with either Chef’s own Calypso sauce or Chef's own bbq sauce.

JERK CHICKEN BURGER..  

A two tier gourmet burger of tender chargrilled Jerk chicken fillet served in a brioche bun with lettuce, tomatoes and Chef's own bbq sauce.

HALF JERK CHICKEN..  
Half chicken marinated in Island spices, served with  either Chef’s own Calypso sauce or Chef's own bbq sauce.
JERK PORK BELLY..  
Tender pork belly marinated in Island spices, slow roasted and served with Chef’s own Calypso sauce or Chef's own bbq sauce.
CURRIED GOAT..  (Chef's Speciality)
Tender pieces of goat cooked in herbs and spices.(100% goat meat, please be aware this does contain bones )
